Today, Exclusive Resorts announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire Inspirato and, together with onefinestay, launch The Exclusive Collective — a platform designed to bring greater strength, stability, and long-term investment to all three brands. First and most importantly: nothing changes about your subscription today. Your access, your benefits, and your upcoming travel remain exactly the same, and your Inspirato team will continue to support you as usual.

The Exclusive Collective unites three complementary brands — Exclusive Resorts, Inspirato, and onefinestay — each serving travelers in distinct ways.

Together, we gain access to deeper real estate pipelines, a broader geographic footprint, and the kind of operational scale that will allow us to continue investing in the Inspirato experience.
In the months ahead, we will begin reviewing the full Inspirato product suite with the goal of reinforcing what subscribers value most and identifying thoughtful ways to enhance the portfolio over time. Any future updates will be designed to elevate — not disrupt — the experience you already enjoy.

This year has been one of transition for Inspirato, and throughout it all, subscribers have remained remarkably loyal travelers. With this next chapter, Inspirato benefits from the backing of a well-capitalized, long-term owner and the resources of a larger, more resilient platform. As part of this transition, I will serve as interim CEO of Inspirato while also leading The Exclusive Collective. My focus is simple: to ensure continuity, stability, and a clear, positive trajectory for subscribers and employees alike.
